Warranty Policy
3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
All BotPool robotic pool cleaners come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
What’s Covered
Your warranty includes:
- All mechanical and electrical components
- Manufacturing defects
- Normal wear and tear under proper use
- Replacement parts (when installed by authorized technicians)
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation, maintenance or use
- Accidents, abuse, or neglect
- Commercial or rental use
- Normal wear of consumable parts (brushes, filters, etc.)
- Damage from chemicals, freezing, or extreme weather
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty Period
Your coverage begins on the date of purchase:
- Years 1-2: Full parts and labor coverage
- Year 3: Parts coverage only (labor not included)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team at support@botpool.shop with:
- Your order number
- Product serial number
- Description of the issue
- Photos/video of the defect
- We’ll troubleshoot the issue remotely first
- If repair/replacement is needed, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label
- Allow 5-7 business days for evaluation after receipt
Warranty Service Options
Depending on the issue, we may:
- Ship replacement parts with installation instructions
- Authorize repair at a local service center
- Replace the unit with a new or refurbished model
Important Notes
- Original proof of purchase required
- Warranty is non-transferable
- You’re responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
- Replacement units inherit the remaining warranty period
Out-of-Warranty Service
For products beyond the warranty period:
- We offer paid repair services
- Replacement parts available for purchase
- Flat-rate evaluation fee may apply
