Payment Security

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways:

• Credit card payments processed via Stripe
• PayPal payments processed via PayPal
• We do not have access to your full credit card number
• All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology

Order Verification

For your protection, we may:

• Verify large or unusual orders via email/phone
• Request additional identification for fraud prevention
• Cancel orders that fail verification checks

Currency & Pricing

• All prices are in USD ($)
• Prices include all applicable taxes (unless otherwise noted)
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Payment Authorization

When you place an order:

• Your payment method will be authorized for the full amount
• For credit cards, the amount will appear as a pending charge until shipment
• Pre-orders will be charged when the order is placed

Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

• You’ll receive an email notification
• Your order will be placed on hold for 48 hours
• After 48 hours, unprocessed orders will be cancelled

Refund Processing

Approved refunds:

• Will be issued to the original payment method
• Typically process within 7 business days
• May take additional time to appear on your statement
