Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you’re not completely satisfied with your pool cleaning robot.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition with all accessories
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@botpool.shop with your order number
  2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship items to our returns center (address provided with RMA)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Warranty Claims

For warranty service during your 3-year warranty period:

  • Contact us at support@botpool.shop
  • We’ll troubleshoot the issue remotely first
  • If repair/replacement is needed, we’ll provide prepaid shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged by misuse or improper maintenance
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll ship a replacement immediately
