Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING on all pool cleaning robots to all 50 U.S. states with no minimum order requirement.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment verification. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Methods

We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail depending on your location:

  • Standard residential delivery
  • Signature required for orders over $500
  • Fully insured shipments

Delivery Timeframes

After processing is complete, please allow:

  • 2-4 business days for most continental U.S. locations
  • 3-5 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any problems with your delivery:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates
  2. Contact the carrier directly if the package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it
  3. Email us at support@botpool.shop within 3 business days for damaged or missing items

Holiday Shipping Schedule

During peak seasons (November-January), please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing. We will notify customers of any significant shipping delays.
